Rascal Suspect

Sometimes I see people and I totally know how they were as kids, despite the fact that they are complete strangers. Well, at least I think I know. The gentleman in the above picture was such a case, the cheekiness chiseled into his face. Fortunately, he did me the favor of proving my thesis: he stuck his tongue out only seconds later. RASCAL, in a very charming kind of way.
